This beautifully furnished three-bedroom static caravan enjoys a superb location at the lower end of St Andrews Holiday Park, offering uninterrupted views over the historic skyline of St Andrews and the sweeping East Sands Beach and bay. Perfectly positioned just a stone’s throw from the Fife Coastal Path, the caravan provides direct access to the beach and an easy, scenic walk into town.
Inside, the caravan is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished throughout. The spacious living area offers plenty of seating and a TV with Wi-Fi access — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large gas stove, oven, built-in microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.
There are three bedrooms: one double room and two twin rooms. Please note that the twin beds are narrow — suitable for children or smaller adults, though they can be pushed together to create a double, comfortably accommodating up to four adults. The caravan also features a modern shower room and a separate WC with washbasin for added convenience.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private outdoor dining area with furniture, perfect for soaking in the sea air and stunning coastal views. Parking is available for two cars on the driveway, and additional free parking is available nearby.
